Description
Do you want to play a key role in our plans to redefine grocery shopping? If so, we have an exciting role that would put you at the forefront of our expansion plans within the Grocery Partnerships team.
Working within the Worldwide Grocery Partnership team, we need a superstar product manager who will help to support our partners in integrating with us and optimize their business inputs KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable driving complex projects, looking for new solutions in ambiguous spaces, and able to communicate with tech PoCs.
You need to be an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, possess excellent communication skills, and be a skilled problem solver when facing obstacles. You also need to have automation and streamlining at the forefront of your mind as we optimize the way our partners manage their catalog selection, pricing, and availability, while ensuring seamless integration.
Key job responsibilities
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.
- Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking.
- Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams
- Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight
Basic qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent
o +2 years' experience in program/product management
o Experience building roadmaps
o Strong Excel skills
o +1 year External-facing experience (sales, product, program, project)
Preferred qualifications
o Experience in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods like snacks, beverages, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.) on business analysis, sales, retail operations, inventory management, Brand management, or category analysis. Alternatively, tech-product roadmap experience.
o Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
o Additional language fluency (ES/PT/FR/IT/DE)
o SQL skills
TOP 3 Skills:

o Experience owning/driving roadmaps
o Strong Excel skills

The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $56.00/hr.
