Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Project Manager Tech 4 - Silicon Environments for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing the coding efforts of the silicon engineering team.
• Overseeing task list reviews, organizing, and scheduling meetings.
• Interfacing with all engineering teams to ensure developers can assemble test chips efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Program Management within Silicon environments.
• 4-5 years of experience in Silicon Engineering.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills and office software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Years of Experience Required: 8 years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or Certifications Required: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience interfacing with the analog silicon team on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Ability to drive program/project schedules and status reports. Capable of creating and/or reviewing multiple functional specifications used in decision-making for product or service implementation.
• Provide Product Managers and Product Unit Managers with technical and analytical information.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure program/project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Focus on analog silicon module development projects. An understanding of analog silicon functionality and terminologies is crucial.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
