Role: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – Valley Forge, PA
Duration: 10 Months (Extendable)
Client: A leading nationwide propane marketer & distributor
Contract: W2
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead IT transformation projects across Call Center, Online Portal, and Back Office operations. The role includes key contributions to ACE (Accelerated Customer Experience) initiatives, aiming to improve customer satisfaction through faster, smarter, and more connected services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple IT projects with focus on customer experience
Drive enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and integrated platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ops, IT, CX, Data, and Architecture
Guide BAs and oversee full project lifecycle
Ensure timely delivery of ACE-driven releases
Work in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid PM environments
Required Skills:
8+ years in Project Management (large-scale tech initiatives)
Experience with MS Dynamics 365, SAP
Proficiency with MS DevOps, Slack or similar tools
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination
Prior exposure to ACE programs or similar CX transformation efforts
Industry experience in Energy/Utilities preferred
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
