About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in the Telecom industry to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic telecom projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, driving telecom system implementations, and ensuring timely delivery of large-scale programs while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for telecom initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery.

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Manage telecom infrastructure, OSS/BSS implementations, network rollout, and transformation projects.

  • Track progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

  • Facilitate communication across business, technical, and vendor teams to align project goals.

  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory requirements, SLAs, and quality standards.

  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

  • Drive adoption of Agile/Waterfall methodologies as per project needs.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party dependencies.

  • Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3+ years in the Telecom industry.

  • Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (wireless, broadband, VoIP, 4G/5G, OSS/BSS systems, fiber networks).

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with network rollout, RF planning, or telecom infrastructure deployment.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based telecom solutions, NFV, SDN, and IoT use cases.

  • Experience in managing global telecom transformation programs.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
