Job Title : Project Manager profiles with AEM experience

Job Description

Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Experience with web development is key. You will be managing cross-functional web development and integration projects working across the organization. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and APIs is a plus. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources and schedules and runs all project calls. Will work closely with stakeholders, leadership and Product Managers gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of meeting agenda s, PPT presentations, status reports, documentation, timely meeting minutes, and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of Monday.com (we use Monday.com for project management planning), Visio, Excel, Word. (Experience with other project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet would be helpful to transition to Monday.com). 8-10+ years of project management experience for web development and related technical projects. Be prepared to present a sample project plan.
