Base Location- Middletown , NJ

JD-

  1. Individual need to have at least 5 years of experience in AT&T and deep understanding of AT&T services
  2. Experience with telecom network as individual has to work with work center /user and understand how application impact network.
  3. Deep understanding of router/switch configuration .
  4. Understanding application deployment /middleware upgrade/OS patching
  5. Background and understanding of DevOps concept
  6. Experience in Unix/Oracle SQL/Java
  7. Experience in providing 24/7 support
