Overview


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading client onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of operational and account services. The ideal candidate has deep experience in investment operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.

Qualifications




  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


  • 3 7+ years of experience in client services within asset management, wealth management, custody, or financial operations.


  • Strong understanding of investment products (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, derivatives, alternatives preferred).


  • Familiarity with account onboarding, trade operations, reconciliations, and custodial processes.


  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and handle complex client issues.


  • Proficiency with MS Excel, CRM systems, and portfolio/operations platforms is a plus.
