Position Overview
The Provider Data Operations Analyst supports provider data accuracy and operational workflows within a managed care environment. This role is responsible for ticket intake, provider data research, reporting, and system support to ensure provider records align with Medicaid, Medicare, and internal compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Intake, triage, and resolve issue tickets related to provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, and provider data systems

Research provider credentialing and enrollment issues and update records accordingly

Process and validate reports related to provider data quality and operational accuracy

Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance within SharePoint and related systems

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and software updates

Identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues; escalate risks and defects with clear documentation and business impact

Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including ticketing tools, provider portals, spreadsheets, and document repositories

Provide operational and administrative support, including meeting coordination, note-taking, action-item tracking, and follow-ups

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal users, translating technical issues into business-friendly communication

Maintain strict attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive provider data in compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards

Experience working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and prioritization in a high-volume environment

High attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive data

Required Experience
-
2+ years of experience in managed care
-
Preferred experience in Provider Claims and/or Provider Network Administration
Education
-
Bachelor s degree preferred
-
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
