We re Hiring: Python Engineer Workforce Software
Location: Dallas, TX
Employment: W2 only (OPT/CPT or other work authorizations NOT accepted)
Client: Vanguard (Prior Vanguard experience is mandatory)

Job Description

We are seeking a Python Engineer with prior Vanguard experience and strong Workforce Software techno-functional expertise to support time, attendance, scheduling, and payroll configurations.

Must-Have Skills

  • Prior Vanguard Workforce Software experience is mandatory

  • Workforce Software techno-functional expertise

  • Configuration experience in Time, Attendance, and Scheduling

  • Strong Python programming skills (SQL, JavaScript a plus)

  • Knowledge of workforce management principles (timekeeping, scheduling, payroll)

  • Familiarity with SOAP/REST web service integrations

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies & SDLC

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration: Customize Workforce Software modules per client requirements

  • Client Engagement: Work with clients to analyze workforce management needs & align solutions

  • Integration Development: Build & maintain interfaces with client systems using Python, SQL, and web services

  • Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical/configuration issues post-implementation
