Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Python Developer with deep expertise in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and strong proficiency in AI tools, machine learning, AWS, and Docker. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs to support healthcare RCM processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions, optimize system architecture, and ensure seamless deployment using cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development:
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python-based frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support RCM workflows and data integration.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Healthcare RCM Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge of healthcare RCM processes (e.g., billing, claims processing, patient eligibility, and payment systems) to design tailored solutions.
- Integrate with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR) to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- AI and Machine Learning Integration:
- Utilize AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Open AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to develop intelligent features such as predictive analytics, automated claims processing, or fraud detection.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models to enhance RCM efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models within full stack applications.
- Cloud and DevOps:
- Architect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS) to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes or AWS ECS for efficient deployment.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in healthcare technology, AI, and cloud computing.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Python.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Proven experience with AI tools (e.g., Open AI APIs, LangChain) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including HIPAA compliance and data encryption.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of healthcare RCM processes, including claims processing, billing, and payer-provider interactions.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and data privacy standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI models or natural language processing (NLP) in healthcare applications.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of GraphQL or serverless architectures.
- Experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
