Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in designing and developing scalable APIs and web services.
- This role will play a key part in modernizing our backend systems by converting legacy Java services into Python-based microservices.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both Python and Java and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment during the transition.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- 2+ years of experience working with Java in a backend or service-oriented architecture.
- Strong experience with API development and web services.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
- Proficiency with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Solid understanding of RESTful principles and API lifecycle management.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, Google Spanner).
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
