Job Description QA/Test Engineer (Cyara IVR Test Automation) Location: Dallas, TX or St. Louis, MO only
Only w2 or 1099 (Onsite No Remote)

Duration: Long-term contract

Overview

We are seeking highly skilled QA/Test Engineers with strong experience in Cyara IVR test automation to support large-scale enterprise contact-center and telephony testing initiatives. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience designing, scripting, and executing IVR/Telephony test cases using Cyara, along with broader QA automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute Cyara IVR automated test scripts for complex call flows.
  • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for IVR, telephony routing, and call center systems.
  • Validate call flows, prompts, routing logic, and backend system integrations.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with dev/infra teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks for IVR/telephony testing.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, voice engineers, and project managers.
  • Support test planning, test data creation, and reporting for enterprise QA programs.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience.
  • 2 5 years of hands-on experience with Cyara (Explorer, Velocity, Pulse, Cruncher).
  • Strong understanding of IVR systems, call routing, SIP, Genesys / Cisco / Avaya contact center platforms.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Java/Python preferred).
  • Familiar with API testing (Postman, SoapUI, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across telephony, logs, and integrations.
  • Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting healthcare or payer systems (Centene environment a plus).
  • Knowledge of cloud contact center platforms (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, etc.).
  • Experience in CICD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
