Job Details

  • 72 months experience creating, maintaining, and running regression/automation tests with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) testing tool using Selenium WebDriver with.Net Core 2.0 or Java on various browsers.

  • 72 months experience creating, maintaining and running performance and ADA compliance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, JAWS, WAVE or NVDA.

  • 72 months experience with quality assurance and usability testing and analysis, using Jira for managing and maintaining test cases, running tests and tracking the defects.

  • 72 months experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts including use of defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff.

  • 60 months experience creating test documents for user acceptance testing and experience in functional and UAT testing

  • 36 months experience using TFS, GitLab

  • 24 months experience testing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

Detailed Job Description: This position will fill a key role on priority projects in support of the New York State Office of Mental Health's mission. The goal of the Legacy Risk Remediation Projects is to rewrite legacy applications built on an aging infrastructure and antiquated technologies into new and currently supported coding platforms. This position will be responsible for quality assurance activities such as building and automating test cases based on system requirements, triaging and recording defects and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and federal regulation. In addition, this position may be required to assist in development of help documents for the end user.
