QA Integration Engineer (HTML5 / Web Gaming)

Project Overview
Google is expanding its HTML5 web gaming platform, GameSnacks, to deliver high-quality gaming experiences for players, powerful developer tools, and a scalable product for distribution partners.
We re looking for a QA Integration Engineer to coordinate the game QA process, work closely with developers, and ensure all games meet technical guidelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the content ingest and approvals process for GameSnacks, acting as a liaison between developers, the QA testing team, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide 1:1 technical support to developers and enhance their integration experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to gameplay, SDKs, and APIs.
• Triage and reproduce QA/certification bugs, communicate issues clearly to developers, and track fixes through resolution.
• Play-test games and review technical documentation to ensure compliance with design and quality SLAs.
• Manage player feedback reports via GameSnacks tools log, assign, and monitor bugs to closure.
• Track the progress of game submissions, ensuring timely testing and approvals.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize QA and approvals workflow as the catalog scales.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in QA, process management, or related technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of SDKs, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Solid grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming industry, especially with HTML5 or web-based games.
• Familiarity with Google tools, APIs, or cloud development environments.
