Job Description:
- Candidate must have recent hands-on experience leading complex end-to-end (Web + Mobile + API) manual testing across integrated systems.
- Must show modern QA leadership: CI/CD-driven testing, PR/branch testing, mocks/stubs, or Shift-Left quality practices.
- Must have strong communication and stakeholder management, with examples of driving cross-team alignment or release decisions.
- Should have experience defining QA strategy, not just executing tests or managing teams.
- Should demonstrate assertiveness, ownership mindset, and ability to handle high-pressure release scenarios.
- Look for candidates who have worked in enterprise-scale, multi-system environments (not single-product functional testers).
