Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Manager in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* QA Manager will define and maintain QA strategy, testing methods, and best practices
* Lead the QA team and oversee quality processes across development
* Ensure strong business understanding for thorough test coverage
* Manage requirement traceability and regression test suites
* Assign and track QA tasks to ensure high-quality output
* Monitor QA metrics and drive improvements
* Facilitate daily stand-ups and support team development
* Report test status, flag risks, and escalate defects
* As a QA Manager, you will coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve issues
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to uphold quality
* Address project issues and assess go-live readiness

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field
* Minimum 8 years of IT QA experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing a QA team
* Experience with MS Office 365, ALM, JIRA, QA automation, Testing methodologies and other QA tools
* Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
