Job Details

A Solution Architect designs and manages technical systems to meet business needs by analyzing requirements, creating architecture, selecting technologies, and guiding development and deployment. Key responsibilities include bridging business and IT teams, developing high-level designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective, overseeing implementation, and providing ongoing technical leadership and support.
Experience - 15 to 20 years
Core Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Vision:
    Establish technical direction for QA initiatives and develop comprehensive test automation strategies.
  • Architecture & Design:
    Design and implement modular, scalable, and reusable automated testing solutions, including frameworks, to meet business requirements.
  • Technology Selection:
    Identify and select appropriate frameworks, platforms, and tech stacks for projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and provide technical leadership.
  • Process Improvement:
    Advocate for and implement process improvements in QA, conduct performance analysis, and share best practices.
  • Risk & Governance:
    Assess technological vulnerabilities, manage project scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and governance structures.
  • Innovation & Research:
    Stay updated on new automation methodologies, tools, and technologies, researching and deploying them to enhance the organization's QA capabilities.
  • Mentorship & Leadership:
    Mentor the test automation team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
