About the Role:

Job Title: QRM Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the QRM product, including application maintenance and performance/stability improvements.
• Interface with business and management teams to support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Troubleshoot new updates and upgrades with the QRM software.
• Participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
• Collaborate with project/functional leads to develop use cases, scenarios, flow diagrams, and perform workflow analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation throughout all phases of the SDLC.
• Analyze and understand business partner requirements, providing troubleshooting support when issues arise.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 8+ years of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience writing/reading SQL queries and building/maintaining SSIS packages.
• Basic knowledge of creating batch files and scheduled tasks.
• Hands-on QRM experience
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS and/or relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to Terraform JSON or similar IaC tools.

Location: Charlotte, NC [Hybrid - 3 Days on site]

Salary Range:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$100,000-110,000 annually]/[$50.00-$60.00 per hour). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
