Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid (based on project needs)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong experience in both manual testing and automation testing using Selenium or Playwright. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Utilize Selenium or Playwright to build robust automation scripts.
  • Analyze requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide clear and concise test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
