Summary:

Huntington Distribution Finance, Inc. (HDF) is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team to support ongoing developments in its Salesforce instance, called the Inventory Engine. As a QA Analyst, you will use your knowledge of QA best practices to plan, design, craft and execute testing strategies for various Salesforce enhancements and utilize your collaborative skills to partner with other disciplines and business users to bring high quality solutions to successful implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Quickly develop a strong understanding of the technical details of HDF's Salesforce org.
  • Deliver testing services to high complexity projects which include developing testing strategy and plan while collaborating with all roles involved in testing.
  • Evaluate business and functional requirements, ensuring testability and completeness.
  • Design, create and execute test cases, including complex test data/environment setup.
  • Track and report on test status and follow up on active issues until closure.
  • Identify, troubleshoot defects, and determine the source of those defects to aid quicker resolution.
  • Lead and support business users during UAT and introduce testing best practices where needed.
  • Create testing estimates during Work Item sizing with sound reasoning and highlight any deviations from plan as testing progresses.
  • Be able to conduct multiple testing efforts simultaneously.
  • Use existing QA and technical knowledge to evaluate current processes, propose, and champion updates and improve testing for all areas.
  • Support end users through the ticketing process within the Inventory Engine.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of QA / testing experience within the Salesforce platform
  • Understanding of Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work with time constraints and guide others to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills, Able to work effectively with others in a close-knit team environment
  • Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and implement new testing methods
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Floorplan and Financial Services industry experience
  • Automated testing or scripting experience a plus

Compensation Range:
$63,000.00 - $124,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
