Quality Engineering Manager

Position: W2

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 12+ months

Job description:

15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Assurance, with a strong focus on enterprise applications and systems integration.

Proven experience architecting end-to-end test solutions across complex technology landscapes.

Demonstrated success managing quality programs for M&A initiatives, ideally within regulated industries.

Deep domain knowledge of Financial Services and Wealth Management products, processes, and platforms.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools, CI/CD practices, and defect tracking systems.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Charles River, Broad ridge, or other wealth management systems.

Certification in ISTQB, PMP, or other relevant credentials.

Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps environments.
