Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RDV Developer with a strong background in embedded Linux, RDK, and DTV/STB development. The role requires hands-on development experience and is 100% onsite at the client location in Philadelphia, PA.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of development experience with Linux and embedded devices

  • Strong experience in DTV / Set-Top Box (STB) development

  • Proficiency in C, C++, and Java

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Embedded Linux

    • Open-source frameworks

    • Networking concepts

  • Experience with Yocto build systems

  • Familiarity with RDK (Reference Design Kit)

Scripting & Tools
  • Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages

  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools, including:

    • Mac: Travis CI

    • Windows: AppVeyor

    • Other CI/CD tools as applicable

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain embedded software for DTV/STB platforms

  • Work on RDK-based solutions and integrations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and testing

  • Debug, optimize, and enhance system performance on embedded platforms

  • Support build, release, and CI/CD pipelines
