UPDATED: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Techno Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and basic knowledge on reporting.

Location: Remote
Client Domain: Manufacturing
Project Stage: Support, stabilization & continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and support with minimum of 1 implementation and Data migration experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Supply Planning, Demand Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
  • Basic in Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI) will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with custom extensions and SCM-related risk management.
  • Ability to work across business and IT teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Should be flexible enough to work on cloud care support and Work closely with business users to understand and replicate issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to application configuration, data issues, integrations, and reporting.
  • Log and manage Oracle SRs (Service Requests) and follow up with Oracle Support to ensure timely resolution.
