Job Title: Project Manager ERP (Oracle)

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ERP implementation and management, ideally with Oracle ERP systems, to support enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

This is a remote role, and candidates must have demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams in distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP-related projects across multiple business units.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to executives and stakeholders.
Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and resolve project-related conflicts.
Ensure compliance with project governance and change management processes.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience in Project Management.
Proven experience with ERP systems Oracle ERP highly preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle, implementation, integration, and support processes.
Experience leading enterprise-level projects in matrixed or agile environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
Familiarity with business process transformation, finance, or supply chain operations.
Background in working with high-growth or technology-driven companies.
