Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RF testing, calibration, or related engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RF fundamentals (S-parameters, impedance, gain, noise figure, linearity, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and data analysis.
- Experience with Linux environments (command-line, scripting, automation tools).
- Skilled in the use of RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration, characterization, and validation of RF systems, subsystems, and components.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts in Python to streamline RF test workflows.
- Operate, configure, and troubleshoot common RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, oscilloscopes, power meters, etc.).
- Maintain and optimize test setups within Linux-based environments.
- Analyze and interpret test results, identify root causes of anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback and improve RF hardware performance.
- Maintain calibration records, test documentation, and compliance with quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement of test methodologies and calibration processes.
