Job Title: RPA Lead Developer

Job Type: W2 or C2H

Location: St. Louis, MO

Working Model: Onsite 5 days

Years of experience: 8-12 years

Salary: $70/Hr. to $75/Hr.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as Power Automate
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and understand automation requirements.
  • Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA bots in production environments.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and maintainability standards.
  • Document process workflows, technical designs, and solution architecture.
  • Provide support during UAT and coordinate with QA teams.
  • Continuously explore new automation tools and techniques to improve delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and query writing.
  • Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of workflow design patterns and exception handling.
  • Understanding of version control tools (Git, TFS, SVN).
  • Preferred Qualifications RPA tool certification (Power Automate, Power APPS ).
  • Experience integrating RPA with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
  • Exposure to AI/ML, OCR (e.g., ABBYY, Document Understanding, or Google Vision APIs).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based automation solutions (Azure Automation, AWS Step Functions)
