Position Summary


We are seeking a skilled Clinical Systems Analyst II with proven experience supporting Epic Radiant to join our healthcare information systems team. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to optimize enterprise EHR and imaging workflows. You'll work closely with Radiology, Cardiology, and other imaging departments-translating clinical needs into reliable, efficient system solutions while supporting maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.


Key Responsibilities


Epic Radiant / Imaging Application Support




  • Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Radiant workflows, including imaging orders, scheduling, charge capture, protocols, workqueues, and results distribution.




  • Support intersecting Epic modules (e.g., Cupid, Cadence, ClinDoc) where workflows overlap with imaging services.




  • Diagnose and resolve Radiant-related issues, collaborating with imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography.






  • Partner with Radiology, Cardiology, and other imaging teams to assess clinical workflow needs and improvement opportunities.




  • Participate in workflow observations, meetings, and multidisciplinary project discussions.




  • Translate clinical requirements into functional EHR enhancements and system configurations.




  • Promote system best practices and standardization across imaging departments.




System Maintenance & Project Participation




  • Support system upgrades, testing cycles, validation processes, and go-live activities.




  • Maintain documentation for build changes, test plans, requirements, and support procedures.




  • Provide break-fix support, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.




  • Assist with integration between Epic Radiant, PACS, imaging hardware, voice recognition systems, and related tools.




  • Contribute to departmental and enterprise-wide projects, improvements, and optimization initiatives.




Qualifications


Required:




  • Associate's Degree and 4+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
    OR




  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree




  • Epic Radiant Certification (Required)




Preferred:




  • Experience supporting clinical applications or imaging systems




  • Understanding of radiology/ancillary imaging operations and clinical terminology
