Recruiter / Talent Sourcer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing to join our team. This 100% remote role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in passive candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and full-cycle recruiting while utilizing Bullhorn ATS (preferred) to manage the hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
- Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, etc.), and social media (Twitter, GitHub, etc.).
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to identify top industry talent.
- Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, automation platforms, and referral networks to maximize efficiency.
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach, networking, and follow-ups to build long-term pipelines.
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Track, manage, and update candidate data in Bullhorn ATS (preferred) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Administrative & Process Improvement:
- Ensure job postings are optimized and distributed across various sourcing platforms.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and sourcing effectiveness to improve hiring strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and new sourcing technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS (preferred) or other applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume recruiting or specialized industries (tech, healthcare, finance, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing sourcing efforts.
- Ability to coach hiring managers on best hiring practices and candidate engagement.
Work Environment:
- 100% remote Prefer: Michigan, North Carolina, Kentucky but will look at anyone in the ET or CT time zone
