About the Role

We re seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a well-known powersports and manufacturing company. This role offers the opportunity to be a true Talent Advisor partnering with hiring managers, HR leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver top recruiting strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

  • Manage a portfolio of 15-25 requisitions at a time with a proactive, organized approach.

  • Partner closely with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with company objectives.

  • Maintain real-time recruiting metrics in Workday ATS and provide data-driven updates.

  • Support internal mobility initiatives and champion process improvements in recruiting operations.

  • Stay ahead of market trends to develop innovative sourcing and pipeline strategies.


Top Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (corporate and/or agency).

  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.

  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.
