responsibilities:



  • Strong knowledge of Agile with practical experience writing and prioritizing agile stories for a highly technical project.
  • Will require close partnership with architects and senior technology development resources to properly breakdown, sequence, and write stories in a manner that supports end to end testing within a 2 week sprint



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
  • Typically has 7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including 5 or more years managing enterprise projects. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
  • Agile Scrum Certified, with experience in Rally (or similar tracking tool).
  • Agile or Kanban experience preferred.
  • Preferred Enterprise systems or database administration background
  • Expertise in infrastructure concepts

  • Can describe the overall function of several components in the technical platform
  • Demonstrated very strong level of technical expertise both within own area of responsibility and other IT domains
  • Has comprehensive understanding of full development lifecycle and is actively involved in all phases
  • Proficient in object oriented design and design patterns
  • Experience with unit testing tools such as JUnit, TestNG,
  • Can describe solutions in UML
  • Understand Java, JEE, Javascript, O/R Mapping, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX scripting, UML, Eclipse, Frameworks (Struts, Stripes, Spring), CVS/SubVersion, HTML, CSS
  • Has expert knowledge of multi-threading, SOAP/REST, and MVC
  • Well versed in RDBMS technology: Oracle, SQL Server
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
