This role is part of the Release, Standards & Risk Management sub-chapter within the DW (Digital Workplace) Solutions & Control chapter.Follow and apply the Product Release Process' to ensure engagement of all stakeholders, like our Operations, Engineering and Product Management teamsPerform Hardware configuration and testing.Documenting test results and writing test scenarios.Partner with stakeholders and/or Project Managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential along with strong technical troubleshooting abilities.Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations, mobile devices and related hardware or software in order to deliver required deskside service levelsUpholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations.Write technical support and client documentation in form of Knowledgebase articles.Meet or exceed expected customer service levels

An understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.Basic knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its processes, project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.An understanding of large-scale organizational change efforts and adoption strategies.Windows / MAC Support.Experience with hardware configuration and testing the different devices.Resolve Hardware / Software issues.Experience with VPN, Soft Phones, Remote Desktop, VDI.Asset Tracking / Inventory Management.Strong Communications Skills.This is a requirement to work in our clients facility. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
