- SAFe RTE 6.0
- SAFe SPC 6.0
- Agility Insights Facilitator
Core Duties -
- Facilitate & run PI Planning
- Track ART progress & flow metrics
- Drive sync events & backlog refinement
- Promote DevOps & continuous delivery
- Coach Scrum Masters, POs, Business Owners, Architects
- Optimize value flow (pull systems, reduce dependencies)
- Lead relentless improvement (TeamHealth, Inspect & Adapt)
- Act as servant leader & strong ART representative
