Role: Release Train Engineer with Financial Experience
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Onsite Day 1
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the SAFe framework.
- Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains in large, cross-functional organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles.
- Prior experience in the financial services domain is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience with Agile lifecycle tools like JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, or similar.
- SAFe RTE, SA, or SPC certification is a plus.
