Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Reltio Administrator with MAGE administration expertise to support Master Data Management (MDM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms. The role involves managing Reltio configurations, data operations, and integrations while ensuring secure access and governance through MAGE.

Key Responsibilities

Reltio Administration

  • Administer and support Reltio MDM platform.

  • Configure entities, attributes, relationships, and survivorship rules.

  • Manage data ingestion, validation, and cleansing processes.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot Reltio jobs, APIs, and performance issues.

  • Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

  • Manage Reltio environments (Dev, QA, Prod) and coordinate deployments.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.

MAGE Administration

  • Administer MAGE (IAM / Access Management platform).

  • Configure access policies, RBAC models, and workflows.

  • Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning activities.

  • Support access certifications, audits, and compliance requirements.

  • Integrate MAGE with Reltio and enterprise IAM systems (LDAP, AD, SSO).

  • Monitor logs, alerts, and resolve security-related issues.

Operations & Collaboration

  • Work closely with data governance, security, and application teams.

  • Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and incident resolution.

  • Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

  • Provide production support and on-call support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Reltio Administrator.

  • Experience with MAGE administration or similar IAM platforms.

  • Good understanding of MDM concepts (data modeling, survivorship, matching).

  • Solid IAM knowledge (authentication, authorization, RBAC).

  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations.

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Reltio Cloud environments.

  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks.

  • Knowledge of SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, SAML.

  • Scripting experience (Python, Shell) is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
