Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle PLM applications (Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, or Windchill if applicable).
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, IT, and Operations to streamline product lifecycle workflows.
- Develop custom extensions, integrations, and reports as needed using PL/SQL, Java, Web Services, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLM systems, ensuring system integrity and data quality.
- Manage change control processes and configuration management in PLM.
- Participate in data migration, upgrades, and performance tuning of PLM environments.
- Train end-users and develop documentation for system processes and best practices.
