Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester with hands-on LTSS and Care Management testing experience to ensure quality, compliance, and stability of healthcare applications supporting Medicaid and Medicare programs. This role involves extensive testing, cross-functional collaboration, and production support in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and execute UAT, regression, and end-to-end test cases
  • Validate system enhancements and releases related to LTSS and Care Management modules
  • Ensure test coverage for Medicaid/Medicare workflows, including care plans, services, and authorizations
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Development teams, and vendors to clarify requirements and resolve defects
  • Perform production support testing, defect validation, and root cause analysis
  • Support compliance and regulatory testing aligned with healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of overall QA testing experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of mandatory experience in LTSS and/or Care Management testing
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, MS Excel, and test management tools such as ALM and Jira
  • Solid understanding of healthcare business processes and data flows
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Healthcare domain experience (Medicaid / Medicare)
  • Familiarity with CMS regulations, compliance, and regulatory testing
  • Experience working on large-scale healthcare systems and implementations
