Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement multisite WordPress solutions.
Build reusable themes and Gutenberg blocks.
Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN).
Integrate WordPress with APIs, CRM, analytics, and personalization tools.
Define CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and deployment workflows.
Key Skills:
WordPress multisite, Gutenberg customization, PHP, plugins, themes.
Performance optimization, caching/CDN (Cloudflare).
REST/GraphQL APIs, headless WordPress (Next.js, Gatsby).
CI/CD pipelines, Git, deployment automation.
Experience with Contentful/Strapi or migrating to headless CMS.
SEO & accessibility best practices.
