Job responsibilities:

 

  • The EDIaaS Program Manager leads the program team to complete all program work according to process and quality standards.
  • Provides direction to resources assigned to the program and ensures that projects meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations.
  • Tracks schedule and financial performance at a program level, generating metrics and data to support dashboard reporting.
  • Resource should have 15+ years of experience
  • Manages staffing allocations across the program and coordinates staffing needs with leadership.
  • Facilitates prioritization decision-making as needed with respect to the delivering the project portfolio
  • Drives issue resolution for the program
  • Identifies and manages program risk.
  • Implement and maintain internal and external project, program and portfolio reporting in line with the corporate and contractual requirements; Provide consolidated project and program performance reports and analysis (tasks, deliverables and milestone status, portfolio status, KPI status). 
  • Identify standards, tools and governance for the program.
  • Ensure processes are in place to handle the security and confidentiality of Portfolio/Program/Project documentation.
  • Ensures all project management expectations are met for the program.
  • Facilitates the Program Lessons Learned process by identifying and tracking areas of improvement and reports results to appropriate level of leadership.
  • Work as a SME, generating leverageable project collateral and mentoring Project Managers.
  • Communicates effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Tracks the development of associated deliverables, providing quality oversight and driving towards submittal and approval dates.
  • Participates in delivery review process to ensure management is aware of the delivery status of the program.
  • Work with project managers to create and maintain SharePoint (or other) repositories to store project documentation and keep reference material up to date.
  • Recommends and coordinates the involvement of other SMEs with the projects as appropriate.
  • Periodically performs project health checks to obtain a shared understanding of the health of the program and facilitates identification of process improvement activities; tracks areas of improvement and reports results to appropriate level of leadership.
  • Participates in project status review meetings on a regular basis to ensure that project management related status information is comprehensive, accurate and supported by the project plan and to identify where support for project management activities is needed;  dentifies and tracks areas of improvement and reports results to appropriate level of leadership.
  • Works with release manager(s) to ensure timely development and testing of the solution and meeting release milestone commitments.
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to gather and communicate project status.
