Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing data visualization solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, transform data into meaningful insights, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI solutions.
  • Perform data modeling, data transformation, and DAX development.
  • Integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud-based sources, etc.).
  • Optimize Power BI reports for performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Implement role-level security and row-level security as required.
  • Support and mentor junior Power BI developers and analysts.
  • Stay current with Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
