Position: Pega Lead Consultant

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Contract (12+ Months)

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration strategies using Pega PRPC.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Design and develop decision strategies, including predictive analytics, adaptive models, and next-best-action recommendations.

Configure decisioning components such as decision strategies, decision data rules, and proposition filters.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and analysts.

Conduct performance analysis and optimization of strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in decision management.

Participate in CDH platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and implementing decisioning solutions using Pega's PRPC.

Strong understanding of decisioning concepts such as predictive analytics, adaptive models, and next-best-action strategies.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
