Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a passionate Research/Intelligence Manager with expertise in Customer Journey, who can uncover insights that drive exceptional customer experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify pain points, inspire solutions, and foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Analysis:
* Conduct interviews and research to identify pain points and opportunities throughout the customer journey
* Translate findings into actionable insights that inspire innovative solutions

Stakeholder Engagement:
* Present insights clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams
* Collaborate effectively across departments to align on priorities and drive change

Project Management:
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to schedule interviews and meetings
* Ensure timely follow-up and maintain detailed documentation for all activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, journey mapping, or related roles
* Strong ability to conduct interviews and synthesize feedback into meaningful insights
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
* Proven track record of cross-team collaboration and communication
* Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
