APPAREL MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT - Studio COORDINATOR
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- We are seeking a Materials Development Coordinator to help us expand our virtual materials library and evolve our Material Studio. You will help collect list of needed material images for our Virtual Materials Library, provide status updates, analytics, and process efficiency suggestions. You will aid in the organization and prioritization of the Material Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- You will be working on the Apparel Materials Development - Library and Studio team. During your time with the Apparel Materials Development team, you will focus on helping curate our materials virtually and physically to help cross functional product creation teams find the right materials for their consumer needs. Our collection of apparel materials spans across multiple material types (trims, textiles, etc) and provides detailed material information including content, supplier, cost, and performance to help our teams make informed materials decisions.
- Working with our Virtual Materials Library, you will catalog high priority materials for scanning
- You will create virtual materials palettes utilizing data and physical materials inputs
- You will edit and organize the materials library based on data
- You will provide regular data driven status updates and process efficiency suggestions.
- you will utilize your experience to help with apparel Materials Studio operations including organizing, inventory and tagging material samples.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- You will work with Materials Development + Studio team, Global Tech Innovation and Apparel Materials Palette team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Highly organized, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to follow a process and elevate problems/opportunities simply and clearly
- Project management skills with a focus on process and improvements
- 1-3 years of experience with inventory systems
- Ability to operate camera and lighting systems
- Strong digital literacy with comfort in new software and experience in MS office software
- Strong analytical utilizing tableau and comparing data
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in an inventory and consumer facing environment
- Strong time and workload management skills
- Positive energy, curiosity, and willingness to help the team
