Must-Have Skills (Technical & Functional):
Rockwell PharmaSuite MES (core requirement)
EBR configuration & validation
Process standardization & modeling
User stories, estimates, requirement gathering
Working with SME, RA, PO teams
Handling ER (Enhancement Requests)
Cross-team coordination for requirement integration
