Job Position: ROR Developer with Python
Job Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Job Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced software engineer to work on the design, development, implementation, and support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with stakeholders and designers to develop user friendly and intuitive web applications for eCommerce platform
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical specification, design, and development of software for customer facing applications
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience delivering commercial cloud-based software applications with rich UIs that scale gracefully across different browsers and devices
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to write clean maintainable code
- Expertise in Ruby, Python and React
- Sold experience with PostgreSQL
- Solid knowledge of modern software technologies and practices including microservices, CI/CD, and container-based technologies
- Expert knowledge of REST API development
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $60.00/hour-$65.00/hour.
