We are seeking a senior-level SAFe Business Analyst to bridge business and IT teams by defining, analyzing, and translating business needs into scalable, agile solutions. Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with 10+ years' experience
• SAFe Certification (Required)
• Strong experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or VersionOne
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale agile solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Business Analyst (CBAP)
• SAFe 6.0 Implementing SAFe
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with SDLC process and modeling tools
