Job Title: VP of Sales – Wellness/Retail Expansion Location: NYC (Onsite) Compensation: $100–125K Base + Commission

A fast-growing wellness brand is seeking a VP of Sales to lead retail expansion for a newly launched mid-tier product line. This is a production-focused role, emphasizing execution rather than oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product placement into major retail chains (e.g., GAP, Old Navy, Macy’s, Kroger, Aldi)

  • Leverage existing retail relationships to accelerate market entry—no cold calling

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting new consumer demographics

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with brand and product positioning

Required Skills:

  • Proven success selling wellness or consumer products into national retail outlets

  • Strong network of retail buyers and decision-makers

  • Experience launching new product lines and driving retail growth

  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach to sales execution
