Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead with extensive experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), specifically with the Integration Suite (formerly known as SAP CPI). The ideal candidate will lead integration projects, design scalable integration architectures, and manage end-to-end delivery of integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end integration lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure best practices in API management, data mapping, error handling, and monitoring of integration flows.
  • Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, third-party applications).
  • Provide technical leadership to integration teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Work closely with enterprise architects to align integration architecture with overall IT strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively and proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 3+ years on SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
  • Strong expertise in iFlows, Groovy scripting, XML, XSLT, JSON, OData, REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Connector, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
  • Good understanding of S/4HANA and SAP Cloud applications integration.
  • Experience in CI/CD processes, Git, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP API Business Hub, Integration Advisor, and Process Integration (PI/PO) is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
