Role Overview:
We are seeking an Account Manager with strong SAP experience to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure business growth. This is a full-time onsite role at the client location.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client s SAP projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Collaborate with delivery teams to allocate the right resources for SAP projects.
Ensure timely project delivery with adherence to quality and budget.
Identify and drive business growth opportunities within the account.
Provide regular account updates, reporting project status, risks, and escalations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience (functional or technical modules).
Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles in IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite full-time at the client location.
Preferred:
Experience with SAP implementation, testing, or support projects.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
