What You’ll Do
As an SAP BRIM (CC/CM) Architect, you will:

• Act as the solution expert for SAP BRIM architecture, with a primary focus on Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Lead/participate in requirement-gathering workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing solution blueprints.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications for BRIM processes.
• Author business process design documents and articulate requirements to implementation partners.
• Design and oversee integration of CC and CM with SOM, CI/FI-CA, and S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global process owners to ensure solution alignment.
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, and vendor resources.
• Drive functional and integration testing, preparing test scripts and validating solutions.
• Serve as the highest-level SME for SAP BRIM CC/CM, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance through multi-year financial and supply chain transformation programs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP with minimum 5+ years in SAP BRIM (CC/CM) architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), and deep integration knowledge with SOM, CI/FI-CA, and S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in multiple full life cycle implementations (preferably Agile).
• Strong knowledge of Subscription Order Management, Billing, Contract Accounting, and Invoicing processes.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, process design documents, and integration strategies.
• Excellent understanding of upstream and downstream systems in Order-to-Cash and Account Receivables.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendor resources.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (both verbal and written).
