Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant with deep expertise in the SAP BRIM suite. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in CI configuration, billing integration, and working knowledge of FI-CA. This role requires excellent functional understanding of BRIM processes and the ability to operate in Agile development environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) implementations within BRIM.

  • Configure and manage BITs, CITs, Billing, Invoicing, Posting Areas, and other key CI components.

  • Integrate Convergent Invoicing with FI-CA, Billing, and Revenue Accrual processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support usage-based and recurring billing scenarios.

  • Provide support and guidance on Order Management, A/R, A/P, CM, CC, CI, FI-CA processes.

  • Work in Agile/SCRUM teams and participate in DevOps practices.

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.



Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of SAP experience with hands-on CI configuration and implementation.

  • 2 3 full-cycle project experiences in SAP BRIM CI.

  • Strong understanding of Finance, Contract Accounting (FI-CA), and CI processes.

  • Experience in Convergent Mediation, Revenue Cloud, and billing integration scenarios.

  • At least 3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable, Dunning, Dispute Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end billing implementation experience.

  • Good knowledge of BITs configuration, Billing Requests, Posting, and Invoicing Offset.



Preferred:

  • SAP BRIM Certification.
